Super human vs Superhuman

Aloha Everybody,

I haven't been here for a while, because... I was focused more on being a super human rather than a superhuman. There is a difference. The huge one.

Here is the special photoreport from the drama competition I took part in (2016)
I performed my self-written monodram standing there without make-up nor big expectations.
I must tell you that it was one of the best moments I felt like a super human.

Sunday Stop Dictionary

↠ a superhuman << someone who conceives themselves that they "handle it all" and "deal with everything by themselves"; a control-lover, an ambitious rider; also used in a psychology terminology as a synonym to a perfectionist >>

↠ a super human << someone who is kind and spreads positivity; a person who loves others and is loved by them in return; a carpe-diem-practicing; a human who knows their limits and does their best to live own happy life

Why are you reading this?

Obviously the terms above have been made up a minute ago, but I believe they refer to everyday life more than most barren scientific definitions.

I decided to write this post to remind everybody (including myself) that if we do what we can in our lives we really do what we can. It may sounds like a mantra, but throughout last month I heard it more times than ever and I must tell you - it does work.
Some thoughts should be repeated regularly and treated more like good habits, exactly like drinking enough water or eating more protein daily.

Superhuman syndrome has its reasons

I've been analysing the environment here and there and I don't need to be a professional psychologist to have an impression that there is a silent race between the millennials. In my humble opinion the sick battery driving most of the phenomena is clear - in a human history there have never been so many possibilities and chances for doing things. We want to achieve so much, try even harder, just not to waste these opportunities, just to live the moment, in full...

The only one Superman out there (who also had a one of the crowd face) debuted in 1938 in DC Comics when technology hasn't been that developed to attract (distract) they youth's attention. Potentially fresh mechanisms such as Internet and social media are the masters of introducing new possibilities to our lives in a tempo which we'll never keep up with.

Fortunately there is always a choice

If you love keeping things in control, grab this idea:

You can choose to relax more. You are really able to develop a super human personality if you want. When you remind yourself (literally as well) regularly about the most simple and probably the most relevant matters in your life, you'll catch the proper crossbar.

You won't have to frustrate and stress out more than you do anyway. You will find more time to try out new things but also extract from those which create your life already.

And ask for help

I haven't explained how to be a super human, because I don't know the perfect way. The biggest fun and adventure is in the discovering it by yourself, something I keep practicing and loving and coming back to.

The last thing, however, I want to remind you of today is the checked guideline - choose the people you trust and ask them for help if you really need it.
Yes, at the end y o u are the one who "handles it all", but there is a chance that others can do it better, faster, easier. Can you imagine!

Don't be afraid to ask for advice, be curious. It doesn't mean that you're weak or not self-reliant enough. Welcoming others' ideas and reminders can be very helpful and rewarding when suddenly y o u can help them the other day as well.

Then, without a shame, you should call yourself a super human. Here is the super power you may have been looking for so long.

I would love to thank my wise and beloved friends who changed my birthday into two-weeks lasting appreciation time and who share with me their best ideas. You're just awesome.

Also, I would like to seperately thank my patient blog supporter & blogger himself and a friend, too who celebrates his superb birthday today. If you hadn't sent me this "If you know what I mean" reminder to gather myself and write something here, I'm not sure whether I would do it.
