14x Clothes Aid Challenge

Aloha Everyone,

if you are like me, having really hardworking weekend, it's absolutely necessary for us now to stop and do something more. Sounds paradoxically? Sure, but if consider this something as a good, creative deed, it may give us more power than any lousy energy drink available!

Are you in my

#14xClothesAidChallenge

?

things can be so easy

The spontaneous idea of creating my own positive & hopefully inspirational challenge came from another great initiative celebrated today - on exactly 14th January, and that is 26th Grande Finale of Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity.

This is the annual winter fundraiser and in 2018 is held to *raise funds to purchase equipment to ensure that all babies born in Poland can have equal access to health care.

In general, every year has got different major goal to achieve but over 25 years of their charitable endeavors, they *raised 825 million PLN for the purchase of modern medical equipment for Polish public hospitals!

Any kind of help is welcomed, so as I support this initiative I can only pass it on and encourage you to visit the official page & donate:

*official information from the website

And here is my small contribution to all good people who inspire others to make world better and healthier place to live in.

To break the routine and do something more than just sending money for charities occasionally, I encourage you to, this time, collect unnecessary clothes and give those to the needy. Organisations like INTERNATIONAL COMMITTEE OF THE RED CROSS have their huge boxes for clothes, towels, curtains etc. located locally in almost every town of every country.

If you would like to pass something along, all you need is to find them and make a petit order in your wardrobe beforehand. It doesn't have to be on 14th January, or 9th March or 28th November - it can be any day of the year, really.

And if you're super busy, you may collect one piece of clothes per day, for... two weeks, why not? There you have it, 14x Clothes Aid Challenge couldn't be easier to complete! :)

I'm sure that there are people who would like to look and feel as perfect as we can do.

Let me know if you join in and please - let know the others by using #14xClothesAidChallenge hashtag on your social media pages!

I'm off now to dive into my closet, see you next week!

UPDATE:

So glad ClothesAid collection company based in the UK noticed the initiative! It was the first time I heard about them but when I had browsed their website, I found out they have so many creative & useful projects going on and they not only collect things you give them but also run serious, modern businesses to maximize the effectiveness of helping! Good to know!
