31.12 - a lyric
Good afternoon Everybody,
I assume that now you're preparing yourself or your place or both for this special evening and probably haven't got a lot of spare time, so I decided to put my last 2017 reflection into the shorter form. That is - a lyric, a poem, call it as you want.
Enjoy the post, the New Year's Eve party and every beautiful moment of 2018 ahead! See you soon!

"31.12."
at the edge of
the year
a stranger on the street
begged hopelessly
"bring it back
one day more"
he did not scream
but whispered softly
passing by
I touched his hands
they were warm
but his chest freezing cold
my petit gesture
stopped him from sobbing
"what is the thing
you miss already?
what you forgot to do
during last seasons?"
we waited
as shooting stars greeted us in the sky
"I loved
but not enough"
he said aloud
but not to me he did
I nodded my head
shiny earrings sighed surprised
how much we loved
how hard we tried
